INTRODUCTION
Agricultural Entomology section has been started at the time of establishment of College of Agriculture, Darwha in 2003.
Important Activities
- To teach Under Graduate and Post Graduate students.
- Basic and strategic research for plant protection on Pests of Important Crops of this region.
- Transfer of technologies developed by the Division and University.
Achievements
a) One student have joined Ph. D. programme.
b) One student has joined in Maharashtra Police as Police Sub Inspector.
c) One student of this department selected as Agricultural Officer in Maharashtra State department in MPSC exam.
d) Five students joined in Nationalized Bank.
