INTRODUCTION
Animal Husbandry and Dairy Science Division was established in 1960-61 with objective to provide handful knowledge and experience to B.Sc. (Agri.) and M.Sc. students
Important Activities
- This division is maintaining herd of Red Sindhi Cattle. The division is self sufficient in fodder production and green fodder is available throughout the year. Lucerne, RBN-13, African tall are the fodder crops grown on area of 9 hectare.
- Experiential Learning Unit of ‘Milk and Milk Products’ is being carried out during VIII the semester of B.Sc. (Agri.). Milk Product preparation, product development, selling, training, participation in extension activities are the programmes carried out during the course.
